Enable it with NETFORGE_DNS_ENABLED=true. Docker maps host DNS port 53 to the app's internal DNS listener on 5353 for UDP and TCP.

The NetForge container runs Kea DHCPv4 from the generated configuration in /data/kea/kea-dhcp4.conf. Use DHCP relay helpers on other VLANs to point clients at this server.
